Manolis has been a generous, attentive host each time, always easy to reach and ready to help. We’ve now stayed in this lovely house for two weeks on three separate visits, and still enjoy it just as much. Set on a quiet side street, it’s close to Sivas’s amenities and about a 10-minute drive from the beaches. The front patio and the terrace overlooking the Messara Plain are both lovely places to sit and eat. The house is tastefully renovated and well equipped, with care put into the details.

The two seating spots, one in front and one behind the house, were wonderful. It’s set back from the street, and we couldn’t hear the neighbors, so it was a lovely quiet place. Manolis was generous with little touches and helped us find somewhere to get a Covid test. Last June, we spent a few days in this beautifully renovated house. It was the prettiest, and also the most expensive, place we stayed during our two weeks in Crete. I’m sitting here with the sage tea the owner gave me, wishing I were back there. Maybe we’ll return to this lovely area someday. Warm greetings from Germany.
