Villa Elizabeth is a great choice if you're after quiet and want to steer clear of busy tourist spots. We spent two weeks there and had no complaints. Elizabeth was wonderful in welcoming us and helping throughout our stay. It was hot outside, 32 degrees or more, but the house stayed at 25 degrees Celsius at most. It's a dark house, thankfully, rather than a modern build with big windows, and that kept it pleasantly cool. The pool, little garden, and thick greenery made the heat comfortable for us Northern Europeans. There was always somewhere shady to sit, either in the garden or on one of the terraces.

We loved the island, from its lovely scenery to its delicious food, and the locals were so friendly. October gave us beautiful weather every day, with a mild climate. We'll come back for the whole month of May.

The accommodation was okay, but we wouldn't return. It was very dark, there were lots of cats, and the dishes were both scarce and very dirty. I also left my very expensive perfume behind. They told me they would send it, and I was happy to cover the costs, but three months later I still had nothing. My emails get no reply now, and nobody answers the phone. I definitely don't recommend this place!!!!!!!
