St.ten Stone Built Village

The food was a highlight, with fresh ingredients and dishes that felt lovingly prepared. The coffee was outstanding too, and apparently award-winning. We spent three weeks traveling around Greece and stayed in plenty of lovely places, but this hotel stood out as the best part of the trip. It has a quiet, village-like feel, with stone buildings that give it an authentic atmosphere. The staff made us feel welcome and cared for right away. You can see the attention throughout the property, from the furniture and architecture to the tidy outdoor space and beautiful pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The daily homemade breakfast was a treat, and we loved the food, especially Mama’s cooking and the family recipes. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. The rooms were spotless, modern, well equipped, and had great air conditioning. They were cleaned every day. Set among olive trees in a small, quiet village, the place was wonderfully peaceful. There isn’t much happening nearby, which suited us; livelier areas are a 25-30 minute drive away. From arrival, the staff were kind and helpful, and all the thoughtful little touches made us feel like royalty. It felt personal, more like visiting friends than staying at a regular hotel. The value was great, and we’re already looking forward to returning. We’d recommend this one-of-a-kind stay to anyone.

The drinks were a real treat, all made on-site with great flavor combinations. We tried freshly pressed juices, and cinnamonade became the highlight of our vacation. We kept ordering it again and again. The village is small but has plenty of hidden gems, and the hotel itself is stunning. It’s run by a lovely family who take care of everything, from reception to the kitchen. Mama’s stuffed cabbage leaves with meat and rice in lemon sauce were unforgettable.
