The sunset view was lovely, and even though the villas are near a busy road, it was quiet. We spent four nights in one of them and found the style great and the rooms comfortable. There’s also an awesome tavern within walking distance. A parking tip: the entrance is steeper on the left, so keep to the right to avoid scraping the underside of your car.

It was such a quiet, relaxing stay, and our family made a lot of lovely memories there. Our daughter still talks about wanting to go back to the “brown house,” named for the color of the stairs and furniture. We wish we could have stayed longer and would return in a heartbeat. The pool was a lovely extra, with views down over the sea and Falasarna area. The balcony worked beautifully for breakfast with that amazing view, and since the house faces west, the early sun didn’t bother us. From the veranda, we watched beautiful sunsets over the water with a coffee or drink. Fotini traditional villas is beautifully built and has everything you need. There were a few starter supplies on arrival: butter and jam in the fridge, mini toasts, coffee pods, and some great olive oil. Dimitra and Michaela were wonderful and ready to help with anything that would make our stay more comfortable. The photos don’t quite do the place justice. The architecture, decor, and substantial old-style furniture give the house a feeling of another time.

The owners and staff were warm and welcoming. The place is quiet and somewhat secluded on a steep hill, with four villas beside one another. It’s about a ten-minute walk to the nearest tavern. Inside, it was very clean, with kitchen equipment available, and the sea view was beautiful.
