Thealia

Villa Thealia was a perfect escape for us, and we loved our 10 days there. The view is amazing, with the mini port from Kissamos visible, and Falassarna Beach is about 15 minutes away by car. You'll need a car to get around, but we rented one, so it wasn't an issue. There's room to park five cars around the property, three in the garage and two on the alley. The villa has three well-equipped apartments, two with three beds and one with two. The rooms are spacious, each with air conditioning and a fan. The owner can provide a comfortable extra bed, a mini sofa bed. It's highly recommended if you're looking for peace and quiet, a pool to relax by, or a lovely beach close by. For a trip to Balos beach, book with Blue daily cruises. It's a seven-hour trip with a stop at Gramvousa, and the only one worth the money. You can drive there, but the countryside road to the beach is really dusty 😆. If you're using a rental car, check whether you're covered. For Elafonisi Beach, go early if you want a sunbed. One umbrella and two beds cost 20€, and after 9.30-10 am you won't find anything available.

Pavlos was incredibly kind and attentive, and always ready to help, while Mrs. Stela took such good care of the cleaning. We felt very welcome and comfortable at Villa Thealia, and would love to return one day. The villa is even more beautiful than the photos, with a large, spotless pool and a home that has everything you could need. Thank you for making our holiday so special!
