The beach is a quick two-minute walk from Avi Suites, and the main strip with its food, bars and shops is just as close. We could head back and forth during the day, and the suites provide beach towels that are refreshed daily. Shops nearby have everyday essentials, plus beer, liquor and wine. We came as a family of five and stayed for 11 days in June-July 2025. Our one-bedroom suite had a big couch that turned into a double bed in the living room. There was a large fridge, kettle, toaster and dishes, and everything we needed was an easy walk away. Both rooms had great air conditioning, so we could sleep comfortably and keep the living room cool. The bathroom was a nice full-size shower and double sinks, with doors from both the bedroom and living room. That layout was handy since the kids could sleep without us waking them to use the bathroom. The suite felt up to North American standards. It was cleaned regularly, and the staff responded to our requests. We've stayed at Avi Suites twice and are already looking forward to another visit. I'd highly recommend it for families or anyone else.

The manager, Savvos, was friendly and helpful, and the cleaning lady was efficient and lovely. The patio was big enough for a small party, with access from both the bedroom and living room. Inside, the apartment felt modern and roomy: a large bedroom with lots of storage, an open kitchen and living space where we could host friends, and a bathroom with two sinks, plenty of counter space and a walk-in shower. Having bathroom doors from the bedroom and main area was especially convenient. Avi Suites is close to the beach, shops and restaurants, and we'd happily recommend it to friends and family.

My teenagers called this our best holiday ever, which says a lot. Avi Suites made a lovely base for exploring Rhodes, and the hosts were generous with their time and local information. They clearly love Rhodes and enjoy sharing it with visitors. The suites were spacious and beautiful inside, stocked with the essentials, and housekeeping was excellent. The beach is right nearby, with loads of great restaurants close too. We can't wait to come back.

We had a great stay at Avi suites in August and would definitely visit again if we return to Rhodes. The beach and restaurants were only a 2-3 minute walk away. Our room was clean and roomy, with plenty of closet space. The bathroom was huge, with a separate shower, toilet and two sinks. They also provided beach towels.

Andrea and Tim, along with their staff, were so helpful and willing to do whatever they could for us. Avi Suites is new and in a great spot: about three minutes to the beach, and four to the cafes, bars and shops in central Faliraki. It's close enough to everything, but we didn't hear noise at night. We stayed for a week in Faliraki on Rhodes and found the suites beautiful, spacious and really comfortable. The living and kitchen-dining area opens onto a large balcony, as does the good-sized bedroom, which has plenty of storage. The bathroom felt quite deluxe, with a big counter, two sinks, a great shower and a separate toilet area. We'd gladly stay again and highly recommend it.
