The spa was a real highlight for me. I tried a back massage for the first time, and the calm atmosphere and attentive care made it very relaxing. The steam room is intense, so don't stay in too long. The beach is lovely too, with soft sand, plenty of loungers, and shallow water for a good stretch. The hotel sits in a quiet part of Faliraki, and the bus makes it easy to get to the old town. I liked the spacious room, though my supposed sea-view room looked out at another hotel block that had the sea view. That was disappointing, especially since family in the room next door got theirs for free. The pools were freezing, but perhaps that's to be expected in October. Some of the entertainment worked well, some didn't. The food really let the place down. It felt low quality, with ingredients thrown together in a way that made it hard to put a proper meal together. I got by on gyros, chips, and breakfast pizza all week, and I've eaten much better elsewhere. Better food standards could make this a really good hotel.

We had a great stay for an affordable price. The buffet had lots of choice, the food seemed fresh, and it tasted good. Staff were friendly throughout, and the kids club, mini disco, and children's activities were a big hit with our four- and six-year-olds. The hotel is right on the beach and has plenty of pools. A few small repairs here and there wouldn't hurt.

The staff made us feel like family and took such good care of us. The ladies in the restaurant were especially sweet and friendly, and they made our daughter smile every day. The people running the mini kids disco and kids club were so welcoming and clearly love children. We all had a lovely time, and I'd definitely come back and recommend this hotel 💙

The crepe stand was probably the best part of the hotel, thanks to a genuinely friendly, smiley guy. Say hello to him if you go. The Greek à la carte meal was another good spot, with proper hot Greek food. If you're fed up with the cold pools and repetitive meals, that one is worth trying. You can also walk to Faliraki in about 30 minutes, where the one bar is well worth the trip. The main buffet was awful: cold food, old chips with fresh ones dumped on top, the same dishes every day, and little variety. Broccoli showed up at every meal, even breakfast. Servers kept coming to take plates, saying only “finished” and whisking them away before we could answer. Nobody smiled. The room was basic, and the walls were so thin we constantly heard the next room scraping a chair late into the night and early morning. At least the cleaners did a good job. There was a fight in the car park at 1am, and the police had to be called despite the hotel having security. The pools were all freezing. The entertainment was mostly not worth seeing, though the acrobats by the pool one afternoon and the Greek dancing were good. We also had to pay €70 just to get in, which felt like another insult for what we got. Some guests were rude, barging ahead and taking up sunbeds. The gym equipment was rusty, old, and dated.

We had a great holiday and the weather was lovely, if a bit too hot 🥵. Everything was good, including the hotel being close to the beach, a local market, and Rhodes. You can rent a car nearby too. We really can't complain, especially about the food, there was loads of it, both inside and outside 🤯😅 One request for Blue Sea Beach Resort: could you make the entertainment last a little longer? 🙏
