I was disappointed at first because the room wasn't what I expected. It's very basic, with two single beds pushed together and a small table on either side. The beds aren't great unless you ask for a mattress topper. There’s a bath with a shower, but when I asked for a plug, I was told baths aren’t allowed, which confused me since they have baths in the room. There are no plugs by the bed either, just one by the table at the foot of it and another by the French doors to the balcony. The food wasn't great, so I mostly ate fruit and bread. Even though I was all inclusive, we ate out every day. After I complained about the room and some staff being rude, they sent up a bottle of prosecco. I’m more of a beer and whisky guy, but it was the thought that counted. The hotel mini market sells all sorts, from T-shirts and bottle openers to shampoos, mouthwash, British chocolates and Lays crisps, but there’s only one type of beer, Corona, plus a couple of Red Bull and Monster options. For four days of car hire I paid €165, just over £140, which was a bargain, and we spent a lot of time out. If you like pizza, download Efood app, there’s only one place that delivers, but the pizza was lovely. There wasn't much entertainment day or night. When it did happen, it started at 9:45 p.m. and wasn't the best, or sometimes it didn't happen at all. I'd go back to Rhodes, but not this hotel.

The food was nice, with plenty of options, and the fresh fruit was always good and plentiful. The bar and restaurant by the pool served a range of well-cooked dishes too. This was our first visit and we had a lovely time. The pool was the highlight, never too busy, with sunbeds always available no matter when we went, so it was easy to relax. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially the housekeeping team from Ukraine. Special thanks to Georgia in the cafeteria, she was always smiling and ready to help. The rooms have been updated since our current stay, and the bathrooms are a big improvement, clean and comfortable. The hotel is a short walk from the local Mini Market and Ladiko Bay beach. You do have to cross and walk alongside a main road, but it was manageable and didn't bother us. There's a lovely atmosphere here, especially for families with kids. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful stay!

Joey was especially kind and helpful, and really went out of his way to make sure everything was right. All the staff were welcoming and the service was excellent throughout. We found the location convenient, close to everything we needed for exploring, and the food was delicious with lots of choice. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

The staff were friendly and engaging without being in your face, and the pool was nice. Breakfast was okay for an all-you-can-eat buffet. The rooms were a little basic, maybe that was down to the package we booked. Faliraki is about 10 minutes away. It wasn't too bad on scooters, though I'd ideally hire a scooter or car. The local walks are lovely.
