Elpida Beach Studios

The sea was beautifully warm, with lots of fish to watch, though water shoes are a good idea because there are stones. The room was modest and the beds were comfortable. We spent most days out on excursions, and housekeeping came every two days. Elpida is a lovely, quiet place with nice staff, away from the noisy large hotels. There was always some room by the pool to find sun loungers. Breakfast was the same each morning, with eggs, salami, cheese, vegetables, fruit, yogurt, something sweet, filled mini pitas, coffee and juice. It's enough if you're not demanding, and there's also a snack bar. Shops and taverns are between 150 and about 2,000 meters away on foot. If you want a quiet holiday with a pool and the sea right next to where you're staying, this is a good fit. Thanks 💙💙💙, and a big greeting to Ginger and Charlie 😻😽🐈

The studio's view of the sea, pool and snack bar was worth paying extra for, though the service road in front of the building gets noisy when deliveries and bin men use it. The rooms aren't soundproofed, but I'd definitely stay again. Once we found reception late in the evening, one of the owners checked us in and everything went really well. The staff were lovely, friendly and always ready to help. The cleaning team were brilliant: they checked the room daily and changed the sheets and towels every second day. The snack bar food was good and reasonably priced, especially the giros 😋. Food is served until 11 pm, and the bar is open 24/7 🤪🍺.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were very dirty, and I found a huge cockroach in mine. I cried when I saw it, and my night was ruined. This hotel ruined my holiday. Don't come here, it's a waste of your money.

We came as a couple on Hopp bikes to spend the day. Even though we weren't staying in their apartments, we were allowed to use the open pool and the public snack bar in front, right beside the sea. Our own hotel didn't have a pool. The service was friendly.
