Maestro Apartments Faliraki

Faliraki’s sandy beaches and nightlife are close by, since Maestro apartments is right in the centre. There’s a bar under the apartments with a good offer, plus grocery stores and other shops just a short walk away. We spent nine nights here and were completely satisfied. “Big boss” was excellent, always checking whether things were okay and ready to help or advise if they weren’t. The other employees were pleasant and helpful too. Our room was fully equipped and functional, with air conditioning, a safe, TV and refrigerator, and it was cleaned every day. Breakfast was fantastic, with several tasty options and generous portions. I rate this accommodation 5* and recommend it!

My friends were staying there, and someone apparently got into their room, probably through the balcony, while they were out buying souvenirs for about 20 minutes on their last night. A lot of euros, silver jewellery and even their clothes were taken. The staff were absolutely no help. I don't know whether the neighbourhood was that bad or another guest was some petty criminal, but you should avoid this place.

We first spent a week at Maestro Apartments in August 2021 and felt so welcome. The location is right in the town centre, near the beach, and the rooms are clean and well equipped with a fridge, kettle, coffee and tea. Breakfast is included in the booking, along with a discount at the restaurant and bar downstairs. Klen and his crew are amazing, so helpful, and we’re grateful for their hospitality. We came back in September 2022 for our wedding in Rhodes and chose Maestro Apartments for ourselves and our guests. We couldn’t have picked a better place. See you in 2023!!! :D Ewela & Rafael

The whole experience left my friends with a really bad time. They stayed for a week, and at first things were just okay, nothing special. Then somebody broke into their room one night and stole their money, jewelry and even clothes. When they asked staff for help, they were rude and unhelpful and blamed my friends straight away. The police weren’t helpful either. They said there were no security cameras or anything like that in these areas, and this could happen any time, with nothing they could do. I don’t want to go as far as accusing staff, but we felt that if it wasn’t them, maybe other guests could have been responsible. Whatever happened, ignoring guests’ problems like this is disrespectful for a service provider and makes the apartment seem unsafe. They had a terrible time.
