The location was the one thing that worked for us: the bus stop is nearby, and Rhodes town is about a 20-minute drive away. Everything else was disappointing. The room felt old and wasn't very clean, and we had no towels when we arrived. We had to ask for them, and the ones we eventually got still had visible stains despite being washed. The bed was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning seemed over 20 years old and only moved air around without cooling the room. The shower head came off, so we had to use the hose instead. Communication made the stay even more frustrating. An elderly man handled registration, but he had a tracheostomy and couldn't speak, so it was difficult to communicate. I called the host through Booking.com three times to clarify things, and after check-in she stopped answering my calls and messages, even after I sent photos of the broken shower head. Booking.com didn't help either and seemed to side with the hosts. We booked through them because this hotel was cheaper than Rhodes town, but I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The nightly rate is far too high for what you get. The technical standard feels like the 90s, and the WiFi signal barely works. It might suit people who are happy with a self made, Spartan kind of stay, but I didn't find it relaxing to spend time inside.

Getting to the far end of the beach on foot in the heat takes a bit of effort, though it's manageable. Back at the room, the pool and pool bar are right outside the door. The WiFi worked well, and the air conditioning was excellent. The room was very clean and furnished in a modern style, with a good, firm bed, just how I like it. Whenever I had a question, I called the host and she helped me out.

The photos didn't match what we found. The rooms were old and dirty, and there was a cockroach and a spider inside. We changed accommodation straight away and didn't spend the night.
