We’d definitely come back. The apartments were spacious, and having a private pool was lovely. The beach is within walking distance, and although the hotel is a little out of the way, the service was great. Food was good too, and the apartment was cleaned every day.

The sea was only about 20 meters from my room, and the pool activities kept things fun. The grounds are huge but well maintained, with shops and a car rental service on site. I had a wonderful holiday here last year, and the delicious food was another highlight. The restaurant manager and the bar manager, Barbarossa, were so friendly that saying goodbye was hard. It’s one of my best vacation memories. I highly recommend it!

The all inclusive bar had very little choice, and even bottled water wasn’t included. Food was bland and repetitive, and check-out felt rushed, with no thanks or acknowledgment. Some staff were rude or unhelpful, while guest services and the transfer desks were often empty. The place felt run down and poorly managed, definitely not five star. I booked a garden view bungalow through EasyJet Holidays because I wanted a quiet stay at All Senses Nautica Blue. The manager said we’d been “upgraded” to a pool view room, but it was next to the activity pool, with loud music and shouting all day. We asked to move right away. The manager told us to come back the next morning, so we had to spend the first night in that noisy room. The next day, the only choices were another pool view room or paying more for a private pool room. Where had my original garden view booking gone? We paid an extra €720 because we couldn’t stand the noise. The rooms were in poor shape. In the first one, two single beds kept sliding apart, the air conditioning didn’t work, there was mould on the bathroom ceiling, stains on the door, a dirty hairdryer and phone, and ants inside. The second room was a little better, but the sink leaked, the toilet light didn’t work and was never repaired, and there was still mould and limescale. Housekeeping changed towels and mopped, but never changed the sheets. Every night there was loud entertainment near the bungalows until around midnight. It was all in French and seemed aimed only at French guests. When I mentioned it at reception, they shrugged and said “they went a bit overboard.” I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

We had a lovely holiday at the Resort, and the beautiful coastline and sunset views were a real treat. The grounds and pools were kept in good shape. Our room was spacious, nicely equipped, and comfortable. We arrived around 9.15pm, checked in, left our luggage, then went for drinks and dinner, which was a great welcome. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all very nice. The bar had a good choice of wine, cocktails, and beer, and the barman was friendly. Staff at reception, the restaurant, and the bar were helpful and welcoming, especially the restaurant manager, who was polite and friendly.
