Airy suites santorini

After using the hot tub on our first night at Airy Suites, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. I'd drained it twice before using it. At first I didn't think much of the rash, but it got worse and I needed medication later that day. Santorini was the first stop of my Greece trip and this was my first hotel. We only stayed two nights and three days, so I couldn't address it right away. After moving to Mykonos, my condition became severe. I was in pain, itchy, and feverish, and the issue ruined part of my trip. I contacted Mariana from Airy Suites, but communication was difficult. She kept asking irrelevant questions and didn't offer a sincere apology. I also emailed Alexandro, who stopped replying and kept avoiding the issue. I sent photos and explained what happened, but got no response, refund, or compensation. After returning to Canada, my doctor diagnosed hot tub folliculitis, a bacterial infection. Management was very unprofessional and took no responsibility. I do not recommend this place at all. Also, there was no hot water from the showers during certain periods.

The sea view is wonderful, and the place is beautiful, elegant, serene, tidy, and clean, very close to Oia. The people are always warm and willing to help you feel as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing!

The room was notably clean, and everyone provided terrific service. It’s a pet friendly destination, with very helpful transportation to and from the airport. The location is very good and the view excellent.
