Ebadi Inn

At 35°C, at three in the afternoon, the cleaning lady had taken our room card, leaving my eight-year-old and me without air conditioning. I have a heart condition, and nobody in charge was there to help. Someone finally came three hours later. It also seemed lucky that no complaint was made about the lack of fire safety measures. This place isn’t worth the money: it was presented as a hotel, but felt disorganized and short on rooms to rent. I’m sorry some people seem to want the money without providing what they advertise online.

There was never anyone at reception, and they wouldn’t answer the phone when we needed something. The room wasn’t cleaned once during our seven-night stay, and there didn’t even seem to be a cleaner. Sheets and towels were changed just once. The kitchen also lacked the basic utensils to make breakfast. We felt stuck staying because we would have lost our money. This place is now called Kamaria Bay View, and it definitely wasn’t worth €110 a night.

When we found spiders and ants in the room, it was clear there hadn’t been pest control. Then we saw a small snake. I told the manager, and she said not to open the doors and the snakes would get in. The attitude was the worst part. This is the worst lodging I’ve ever come across, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

That endless blue view is the kind you wish you could have from home. The place is spacious and spotless, with a pool for everyone, a generous breakfast, and great prices. Maybe one of the best options around.
