The room had a great sea view and all the basics I needed: a coffee machine, kettle, two bottles of water each day, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, and iron. Breakfast was another plus. It was tasty and filling, with four choices to suit different dietary preferences, served on the balcony or in the garden with a morning paper. They even packed breakfast for my early checkout. The welcome was lovely, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful. But the room and bathroom were extremely cramped, and it was hard to move around. The bed wasn’t comfortable, and there wasn’t a nightstand. Privacy was a real problem: with the windows open, people on the street could see right into the room. The bathroom also had no bidet (shattaf), unlike the hotel I stayed at in Mykonos. Noise from loud music and people passing by went on both during the day and at night. The walk up and down to the hotel was exhausting. The views are beautiful, but comfort and privacy need a lot of improvement.

The stairs can be a lot, but for us the stay was worth them. We came in August and loved having breakfast brought to our terrace each morning. The rooms were clean and lovely, the view and sunset felt magical, and the team made us feel warmly welcomed. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

That sunset over the caldera from the pool area was almost dreamlike, and the pool itself was incredible. We stayed at Athina Luxury Suites in August, with breathtaking views from our room. I’ve finally gotten around to writing this because the whole experience deserves a huge thank you. It was truly unforgettable.

We looked forward to breakfast on our terrace every morning, and it was delicious. The room was lovely, well equipped, and had an incredible view of the Caldera. The hotel is stunning and in a very central spot, making Athina Luxury Suites perfect for our first trip to Santorini. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team for being so helpful and friendly. Every window in our gorgeous room looked straight out to the sea, and we had our own spa, infinity pool, and sitting area facing the water. It felt like paradise. Breakfast was made to order and delivered to our room each morning, a lovely touch. From the start, Athena Luxury Suites made everything easy, helping us feel comfortable and safe in a beautiful, luxurious setting near shopping, restaurants, and breathtaking scenery. Such an amazing stay. We can’t wait to come back!
