Stay away. This gets banned from Booking and he starts again under a different name. Caldera Colours previously 😉 The bedding was clean and the view was great. The rest was awful: cold, dirty “hot” tubs, a noisy underground club next door, and so much damp that breathing was uncomfortable. There were electrical sockets with bare wires, which felt dangerous, and the property manager didn’t respond or provide any service.

Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food was awful, and it felt like they were passing off cheap products as expensive ones and charging high prices. I strongly do not recommend going there and spoiling your trip. Stay safe.

Danae was wonderful, attentive even before we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back to Santorini and stay here again.

The view is amazing, with a great outlook over the boat and beautiful sunsets. That’s the main reason to stay here, and there are better options if you need working showers, upkeep, or staff support. If you can manage with limited showering and general maintenance and cleaning issues, the view may make it worthwhile. The shower hardware fell apart and wouldn’t work. After trying to fix it for quite a while, I ended up with only a lukewarm trickle. There was hair left in the shower and on the walls from previous guests. The spa wouldn’t switch off once turned on, and its switch seemed jammed. Eventually it somehow went off. The front door also needs basic maintenance so it locks smoothly. Staff weren’t available to deal with these problems, and nobody came to the property. The website promises tours and tips. I’d talked with the pickup driver about a tour for the next day and mentioned it to the hotel contact, but there was no follow-up. Nobody addressed the faulty items either. I couldn’t get an answer at checkout, so I left the key somewhere that looked safe. There was no follow-up about tours, and no staff engagement once you’re checked in.
