A heads-up, there are lots of stairs. Getting around the campus means climbing up and down. Still, we loved our comfortable room, which had a decent amount of storage, and the caldera and sunset view from our front porch was perfect. Breakfast at the pool bar ran every morning from 8 to 10, with a great spread and eggs made to order. The people made this place special. Someone was ALWAYS at reception with the door open, ready to answer our questions.

We were there with our family, and our daughter felt like a princess on the sea-side view balconies. From there, we could see the Aegean Sea and the Santorini cliffs, with breathtaking views. Cliff Side Suites in Santorini, Greece had clean, cozy, comfortable rooms that worked well for couples and families. There are lots of steps, but the vistas make them worthwhile. It’s a charming, comfortable choice for a romantic trip or a memorable family holiday. Highly recommend Cliff Side Suites for a visit to Santorini, Greece!

I was shocked to find that cash had been taken from my wallet, which I’d left in the locked room. When I reported it, the front desk seemed to cover for one another instead of helping. I hadn’t requested housekeeping during my stay, but the manager said I should have actively informed them. The breakfast was no better than staff cafeteria food, and the managers were extremely rude and fake, acting helpful when they clearly weren’t. They said the person who took the money had worked there for ten years, no wonder they’re so experienced. I’m sure I’m not the first or last this has happened to. If you stay, keep your money close and be prepared to lose it. Even one star feels too generous!

The sunsets from our balcony and the sitting area above the room were magnificent. We also had a balcony and porch, were right across from the pool where breakfast is served, and the room had nice, cool AC. The bed was a bit too firm for me, and there are A LOT of stairs, so be prepared. Still, all the good things outweighed those couple of minor issues. The location is central, with shops and restaurants easy to find and other villages easy to get to. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. They arranged transport from the ferry port for a fee, saving us from dealing with a taxi, and helped set up a rental car. The company brought it to the hotel, and we left the keys at reception for pickup, which was so convenient. They also booked our catamaran tour, my favorite day of the stay. Highly recommend.

We could have spent the whole time on the balcony, just taking in the incredible view. No need for long walks or drives to reach a beach when there's a whole world in front of you. The staff were friendly and polite, and we had a wonderful stay. Bring plenty of room on your camera!
