The room turned out to be a cheaply renovated unit that didn't match the website photos. The dining room and much of the decor were missing, and even the dining table wasn't there. The kitchen sink bench in the pictures seemed to have been photoshopped. The Wi-Fi password we were given was wrong, too. We'd been told the room was ready around 14:00, so we arrived at about 15:00. We waited 20 minutes in the sun for someone to let us in, calling several times, while the cleaning team arrived sweaty and unaware that new guests were expected. The room was still a mess from the previous guests, so we had to wait another two hours. The cleaners were frustrated with management and showed us their messages to prove they hadn't been told to clean it. The manager said we'd get a refund, then disappeared and stopped answering the phone. I was initially excited to stay in the suite, but the place and manager seemed like a total scam. Avoid it.

Jenny, the owner, is really down to earth and made us feel at home. The room and scenery were fantastic. The place can be a little hard to find, so it's best to call her and she'll come meet you. Accommodation in Santorini can be hard to get, but I'd recommend staying here if you can.

The manager was lovely and helpful, and the view, especially at sunset, was beautiful. The flat is finished to a high standard, too. One of the best places to stay in Santorini. I can't wait to return.

The location made it easy to get away from Fira's noise while still being just a short walk away. The view was breathtaking at any time of day, and our rooms were extremely clean. The maid was cheerful and very nice every day. Nothing bad to say about our visit, I'd highly recommend it.

We had lovely sunsets right from the balcony, with champagne. The apartments were super clean and had everything we needed, and the staff were absolutely kind and helpful. It was also a really quiet spot, only a five-minute walk from the center. I love when a vacation place has that kind of vibe.
