The views were absolutely beautiful, and the location was great. The outdoor steps to the rooms and breakfast terrace are numerous and very slippery. The staff did accommodate my friend's fear of heights, but only after we threatened to cancel. The rooms are tiny and old, and the bathroom smelled like pee.

A friendly little hotel in a prime spot in Fira, with very good breakfast served outside so you can enjoy the view. If you're after the best view of the Santorini sunset, this is the place. Just be ready for lots of steep stairs.

I really wouldn't recommend this hotel. Our room had a strong damp smell, and the window was too high to reach, so we had no view. After heavy evening rain, water began dripping into the bathroom. The room next door was leaking even worse, and water was also coming in from outside. We called the front desk right away. A staff member came to look and said it was “nothing serious,” promising to find a solution. An hour went by without an update. We called again and got no answer. After another hour, someone finally picked up and said there were no spare rooms, but someone would come help us “deal with the flood.” We waited, but nobody ever came, and we spent the night in a flooded room. The leak was bad, but what upset us most was how little the staff tried to help. I understand if they couldn't move us, but they could at least have shown some concern and made an effort. Instead, they ignored it. The Wi-Fi was painfully slow too, taking about 10 seconds just to send a message. If a damp flooded room and unhelpful staff sound okay to you, this is your hotel.

We booked a two-bedroom room for work with my employer, but at check-in they gave us a single-bed room. That was not okay. They said we should have put in Booking.com's notes that we wanted two rooms, even though we had selected two rooms and paid the highest rate, then got placed in a single room. I don't think this is ethical, and the location makes it seem like they can get away with it. Unless you're a couple, I wouldn't stay here. There's no parking, and they wouldn't bring our luggage down to the place where an Uber would pick us up. It was a horrible, very misleading hotel. Local drivers also told us it was a scam and always got away with it because of its location. The locals themselves told us to write a review about the business being a scam.
