In the Emerald Suite, we woke up to roaches on our first morning. Staff cleaned them up and sprayed after we complained. The following night, the bedroom lights kept switching on by themselves all night while we were trying to sleep, and we found more roaches. We couldn’t stay, so after two days we checked out and booked another hotel in Oia at the last minute, at a premium price. We asked for a refund for at least the unused days because of what happened, but Iliana said policy didn’t allow it. They even charged us afterward for the coffee in the room. Hard to believe. One smaller thing: the in-room Jacuzzi was cold until we asked them to turn it up. Another reviewer mentioned the cold water, and they may not have known to ask. I attached photos of the roaches with coins beside them for size. The view is amazing, if roaches and electrical problems don’t bother you.

The balcony view was the prettiest of our whole trip, and having breakfast brought out there in the morning felt luxurious. We chose what we wanted the night before, and the food was delicious. We were in Santorini for our honeymoon, and the property was gorgeous, clean, and relaxing. Our room was huge, with its own entrance. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and their restaurant tips led us to some of the best food we had in Greece. Just incredible.

Illianna was the best part of our stay. She checked us in quickly, shared recommendations and directions, helped with transportation, and even gave us her phone number in case we needed anything else. The lodging itself was a memorable, unique place in Santorini. The limestone surroundings made us feel immersed in the island’s beauty, and our room was spotless and spacious, with a jacuzzi and a breathtaking water view.

Anna and the other gentleman working at the property made the service impeccable. Anna graciously helped all through our stay with taxis, restaurant bookings, and more. The rooms were unique, and having breakfast served in the room felt luxurious. The location was five minutes from the town center and bus stop, yet away from the noise. We’d researched the many Santorini hotels and came with high expectations, but this memorable stay didn’t disappoint. Thank you!
