We especially appreciated how flexible the staff were at the end of our stay. They gave us an extra hour to check out, stored our luggage afterward, and let us keep enjoying Santorini before our departure. The hotel is conveniently located for exploring the island, and the free parking was a huge plus. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained, with unforgettable views. Breakfast had lots of fresh, delicious options each morning. The team also surprised me with a cake at breakfast for my birthday, which made the day extra special. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We had an amazing stay at Petit Palace Suites Santorini. The clean accommodations, views, food, convenient location, and thoughtful personal touches made this one of our best hotel experiences. We'd definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. ❤️🌅🏨

Though Petit is on the other side of the island from Oia, we liked how convenient it was for visiting different parts of the island. The views of the caldera were impeccable, and all the staff were kind. Mornings with Kostas at breakfast were a highlight, and we found the beds comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. The hotel manager gave us a map and suggestions for places that weren't touristy. I'd recommend renting a tub or ATV for at least one day, maybe two. We stayed for three nights and loved our time at Petit Palace!

This was our second time at Petit Palace, and it somehow topped the first. The restaurant was one of the trip's highlights, with every meal fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Most memorable was how the concierge and staff helped celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. They arranged a lovely vegan cake and made her feel so loved the whole time. It meant a lot to our family, and we'll never forget it. From the moment we arrived, the whole team made us feel welcome and cared for. Our room was beautiful, the views were breathtaking, and every detail felt special. Thanks to everyone at Petit Palace for another unforgettable stay. We can't wait to return.

Being right on the cliffside, looking out at the caldera, makes this hotel so unique. It's in a great location, with shuttle service to Fira, and everything is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The food and drinks were fabulous, too. Kostas was perfect, with great recommendations and knowledge of Santorini. We enjoyed our stay so much. He and the rest of the staff set the bar so high that I'm not sure anyone else could match them, let alone do better. This is honestly the BEST hotel. We'll 100% be back and recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini!

One of the best things is having access to a spot for watching Santorini sunsets. The views are incredible, and the hotel is beautiful and centrally located. It was a hidden gem for us. Mr. Kosta, Orea, Kosta, and everyone at the restaurant and bar were exceptional. They made us feel at home and took care of everything, from excursions and rental cars to cabs and reservations, so we could just relax and enjoy. If you're looking to explore the rest of the island, I highly recommend staying here. You could stay in Oia and deal with crowds, but this place made getting around easy. Thank you!
