From the viewpoint you can see the sea, but there's also a rubbish dump in view. The terrace is so small that the three of us couldn't have breakfast out there, and the photos gave a misleading impression. Getting into the town center takes more than 10 minutes, with a really steep slope along the way. We could hear the roosters and donkeys next door too. Not worth the price.

It's a beautiful house, and even my wife liked the room. We only stayed one night, but I enjoyed it a lot. Everything was very clean, the pool was great, and the view was lovely. The place was calm during the day, but at night people made a lot of noise with corks and motorbikes, so my wife didn't sleep well. The poolboy also arrived without warning at six in the morning, which didn't help. We'd still like to come back someday.

Lovely comfortable property with a nice pool. A microwave or toaster, or a little more in the way of cooking facilities, would have been useful. You need to be fit for the walk to Thira, or hire a car if you want to explore.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, but the stay as a whole felt mediocre. The sea view is nothing special and looks over a semi-wasteland, so I wouldn't book for that. The flat was sparsely furnished and echoey, and could use rugs, pictures, and some decoration. The blinds let in lots of light, which made it hard to sleep. It also felt like a budget experience, for instance, they didn't replace the water in the fridge each day. Housekeeping and pool boy times were set for us and interrupted sleep or time relaxing. If you slept in, the pool wouldn't get cleaned. I'd choose somewhere with better quality, or spend a bit more for a proper view and service.
