We ended up moving to another hotel. We left the reservation in place, but they cancelled it on Booking, which meant we couldn’t post a negative review there. The high online ratings felt misleading, so be careful. There are better options nearby, and I wouldn’t stay here. Our room was cramped to the point that opening a suitcase took up all the space, and the closets smelled musty. The bathroom was even tinier. There was no proper shower enclosure, just a short curtain that let water spill across the floor. With no floor drain, it stayed soaked. When we complained at reception, the only suggestions were to lay towels down or have the receptionist clean up after we went out. The other rooms were the same, so there wasn’t a real solution.

The pool was a great place to cool off, tucked into a shaded area underground. Our rooms were spotless and stayed nice and cool on a hot day. The staff took such good care of us, especially when we arrived early and had to leave late. It’s only a five minute walk to the Fira cliffs and town centre. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

The place felt really cozy, and Antonia and Maria were so kind to us. Villa Soula is ideally placed, about a five minute walk from the Fira bus station, with buses to anywhere on the island. Plenty of restaurants and bars are nearby too.

We felt right at home in the spotless, comfortable rooms. The staff were kind, quick to help, and ready whenever we needed something. The Fira bus stop is only a short walk away, which made getting around easy. We’re grateful for the warm welcome and would definitely return. Highly recommend it.
