The restaurant food was excellent, and there’s a mini market just across the road, with car and buggy rentals nearby. Staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The view is fabulous, and I never got tired of it. Everything about our stay was perfect. I'd definitely come back to stay when I visit Santorini again.

Our room had a double bed and an amazing sea view. The bathroom was very clean, and I was surprised to find dental, vanity, and shower kits provided, since many hotels don't offer those now. The views are amazing when the weather is good. Volcano View Hotel is about a 10-minute drive from Santorini airport. Check-in was smooth, the customer service was good, and someone was there to help carry our luggage to the room.

The views were breathtaking each day, and the hot tub was a real help on the cooler days. We stayed in the villa section, where breakfast was delivered daily and both the villa and pool were cleaned every day. The staff were phenomenal. Nico and Bobby were especially attentive and helpful. The food delivered to us and served in the restaurant was delicious, and the team helped arrange transport and excursions. I look forward to staying here again.

The only little downsides were a slight toilet smell when the seat was up and the shuttle schedule to Fira. It's just a five-minute drive, but there were only five departures during the day. Still, I'd book again. We paid 900 euros for five nights, and rooms are half price during the office season. The staff were friendly and professional. Our room and the terrace views at breakfast and dinner were magazine-worthy. The servers knew their stuff, checked on our table several times over breakfast, and suggested things to do. The buffet had lots of choices, including hot drinks made by the barista.

Maria and Christina at reception shared lots of island information and helped us plan our activities. Their advice led us to an amazing cruise, one of the trip's highlights. Petros and Kostas on the restaurant team were warm and attentive, and made dining feel special. The hotel's shuttle into the city also made exploring Santorini much easier. Our room was extremely comfortable, with an incredible view, and breakfast had a nice variety. Everyone on staff was so friendly and ready to help. We had a truly wonderful stay at Volcano View Hotel. Thanks to the whole team for making it memorable, and all the best!
