When our flight was cancelled on departure day, the hotel quickly arranged a room, transport, and a late dinner at 10 p.m. During our stay, everything was organized around guests and their needs. Even before booking, communication was prompt and the hotel took care of our requests for a wine tour, car, taxi, and more. I really appreciated the service. Five stars for an outstanding customer experience.

Melanie made our stay unforgettable. She was professional, gave us a warm welcome, stayed available, shared great tips, and went the extra mile throughout. The hotel was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable, and breakfast delicious. Winery 1870 is very central and easy to reach, with no steep climb or descent needed. There was free parking within 500 meters. Highly recommended!

Melanie kept in touch on WhatsApp after we booked, which made things easy, and postponing our stay caused no problems. After midnight, a lovely gentleman welcomed us at check-in. The room was super clean, with a cool, modern minimalist design. Breakfast by the pool was amazing. Thanks so much for everything.

The location was a treat, with the old Fira Port just steps behind the hotel and lots of dining options, shops, and views nearby. We liked Cacio e Pepe next door and the Triana Tavern around the corner. We look forward to coming back for another vacation. My mother and I stayed at Winery Hotel 1870 for five nights in the first week of October. The hotel looked just like its pictures online. Our rooms were immaculate, spacious, and quiet, and breakfast by the pool had plenty of options. Melanie's service was the standout. She got in touch before we arrived to arrange airport transport and talk through possible tours. Thanks to her planning, we went sailing, swam in the volcanic springs, visited Oia and a winery for a VIP wine tasting, and spent a day at Perissa beach at a fabulous beach club. Theo was our private driver for the whole week and knew the best spots to stop for photos. Everything Melanie planned and recommended went above and beyond. Thank you, Melanie, Thanasis, and Roberto, for making our stay amazing!

The location made it easy to walk to the views, shops, and restaurants, and the hotel and rooms were gorgeous. The staff were so kind, and our family loved staying here.
