We got tasty breakfasts with boiled eggs, toast, jam, honey, butter, a hot drink, fresh orange juice, and delicious Greek yogurt topped with fresh peaches. The owners were incredibly kind and hospitable, and the views were great for the price. Our quiet, traditional-looking apartment was a bit outdated, but cute and comfortable for sleeping. It was a whole apartment, with the bus nearby and Chora only three minutes away. A lovely boutique hotel, and we’d definitely recommend staying here.

We’ve only just arrived and already love this beautiful place.

Christine and Elena, along with the rest of the staff, were the loveliest hosts. The place is beautiful and antique, with a full Greek vibe, and the breakfast was very good too. If you want to experience Mamma Mia at its fullest, this is the place. 10000/10!

The island’s beaches and crystal-blue water were amazing, but what really made our visit was the hosts, Christina (mum), Eleni (daughter), and the family. We booked the villa and had a fabulous time, with hospitality that went well beyond what we expected. They provided and washed beach towels every day, served a breakfast that kept us full past lunchtime, and even did our laundry for a small fee. We’ll be back next year. Thanks for looking after us so well!

The room’s bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom badly needed an upgrade, and the pool water looked septic, with pool furniture falling apart. The air-conditioning worked well, and the location relative to town was good. The way we were treated on arrival was the worst part. Two days beforehand they’d asked when our ferry arrived and said a van would meet us. No van came, and after waiting 20 minutes, locals told us they hadn’t seen the hotel van. We tried their different phone numbers, email, and messages through booking, but got no answer. By then the small port had emptied and the only taxi had left. We waited 1.5 hours before the taxi finally answered and took us to the hotel. When we arrived, someone yelled, “what do you want?” The owner and her daughter then yelled at us when we explained nobody had met us. The owner said previous guests had left their luggage in our room, causing the missed pickup. That was the start of a string of lies. It was bizarre and unnecessary, when they could have simply apologized and said it was a mistake. As we were leaving, the woman claimed she’d waive the 30 euro local tax as a favor, at 10 euro a night, though the tax is 1.5 euro a night. It felt strange for her to lie about that too. She was also very unkind to her staff. The whole place was the weirdest stay we’ve had.
