The house has no window screens, so in summer it gets very hot unless you leave the windows open, and then mosquitoes inevitably get in. On top of that, our awful experience with the owner left us feeling harassed and abused, and it ruined our vacation. I should have read the other reviews before booking this place...

I didn’t enjoy my stay. The owner was rude as well.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The property is gorgeous and the location is lovely, so I think the earlier comments are unfair. The one downside is that there’s no air conditioning in the common areas or the attic. You can make up for that somewhat by managing the fans and keeping the shutters closed for shade during the day.
