Brand new High-end Faos Villas one

There was a little welcome gift waiting at the villa, with olive oil, wine, bread, cheese, and more. It had everything we could think of, and it was clean and well maintained. Our host was kind, thoughtful, polite, and always available to help, including with advice on good restaurants and her favorite beaches. We arrived in the morning and will definitely come again next year. 10/10, highly recommend!

We spent two weeks at Faos Villas, villa 2, in August 2024, and loved our choice. The comfortable beds and excellent towels and linen made for the best rest and sleep. The interior design felt high-end, and the whole place was very well equipped, from air conditioning in every room and WiFi to a washing machine, robot vacuum, grill, outdoor shower, and fully equipped kitchen. There’s a family-friendly pool, comfortable furniture inside and out, and beautiful views. The villa is tucked away, and although there are three villas there, each still felt private. We also appreciated the little toiletries in each bathroom, slippers and robes for everyone, and the Polaroid camera we could use to take photos home. We were welcomed with lovely surprises, including local food products, fruit, and a fridge full of delicious food. The host family and management team were professional and made us feel welcome from the moment we booked. We got good information and support throughout. The cleaning team changed the linen three times during our two-week stay, which was wonderful. Julie and Otto, the management team, gave us information about beaches, food shops, fruit markets, boat rental, and more. The nearest village, Syvota, is 10 minutes away. The nearest beach is 15 minutes away and was very good, while the most beautiful beaches are a 45-minute drive. A boat hire is a must, you’ll never see water this clear! We also visited lovely sunset restaurants in the mountains, which was an experience in itself. We loved Lefkada, the villas, and everything about our stay. Thank you so much, Julie, Otto, Giannis, and Efi. We’re looking forward to coming back.

Faos Villa Two was our choice, with two separate bedrooms, and the rooms were very clean. Julie communicated well and kindly explained all the villa’s facilities. The kitchen was fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave, electric stove, sandwich maker, and Esspressor from. Outside, there were comfortable sunbeds, a separate barbecue area with a Weber natural gas tank, a spotless infinity pool, and an outdoor shower. The air conditioning was powerful. These modern-design villas are a great option for staying in Lefkada.

The pool was a real treat, a lovely size, peaceful, and with stunning views. It isn’t heated, but it was nice for cooling off. We were also glad they’d put a large fixed umbrella in the middle of the deck. It gave us great shelter from the daytime heat. Villa Three was exactly as pictured and peaceful for our 8 night stay. The road nearby didn’t bother us, and it was actually convenient for getting around. The place was incredibly comfortable, with a modern bathroom, good water pressure and temperature, and a comfy bed. The blackout shutters and mosquito net doors were useful, too. There was a small leak onto the bathroom floor, but it wasn’t a big deal. We could have used a few more hangers and more storage, but made it work. The living area was comfortable, the television was amazing, and the WiFi was okay. The kitchen had what we needed to cook several meals, including a double fridge and Nespresso Machine. For a premium property, I thought it could have included more than one toilet paper roll, dishwasher tab, and bin liner, though the supermarket was nearby, so it was fine. Elena was a great host, quick to reply and full of helpful recommendations. This was one of the best villas my partner and I have stayed in. We’d love to keep it our little secret, but can’t help recommending it for a great trip away.
