Zefi hotel was in a prime spot in Paros, within walking distance of the bus stop and the main part of Naoussa. We had a lovely room, a glorious pool with loungers, and a bar to enjoy. The buffet breakfast was great too. A big thank you to the lovely waiter who served us every morning, always so happy and welcoming. The plumbing made loud noises in our room when other guests used water. Our shower pressure was very weak, and it wouldn’t stay hot or cold. We’d paid 2 euros per night in hotel tax in Athens, Milos, and Naxos, but Zefi charges 10 euros a night. For us as Australians, that meant an extra $80 over four nights. Still, it was a lovely hotel with kind service and a prime location.

Ada, the bartender, was a delight to meet. She was friendly, lovely to talk with, and told us more about Paris and Greece in general. She went above and beyond to make our stay a great one, and I was sad to say goodbye. We had an incredible stay at Zefi Hotel. Our beautiful, spacious room had air conditioning that worked very well, and our pool was nicely heated. The pool deck and bar area were lovely, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in an excellent spot, just a short walk from town, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. We’ll absolutely be back.

Ada became a friend during our evening chats at the bar, and she makes a wonderful cocktail. My favourite from the menu was the spicy margarita, though I doubt they make a bad one. Anna and her team were friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Our group had a few out-of-the-box situations for her to handle, and she always did it with a smile and a friendly manner. The hotel is pristine and looks new, even though it isn’t. The breakfast spread was beautiful and the pool area incredible. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel was nice and the staff relatively friendly, but staff could do a better job with the chairs and sun loungers and with guests reserving them. I was there with my son and his friend, who were 12, and they were playing in the pool when staff told them to be quiet. They weren’t making much noise, just playing in the water. Staff even called it quiet time. We checked the policies and couldn’t find anything about that. This seemed like a place for young people and adults, so I’m not sure where the request came from.

They even kindly let us in when we arrived before check-in time. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and ready to help with anything I needed. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything I could ask for. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and groceries. I had an amazing, relaxing stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended. Big thanks to (ANA,TANJA) and everyone at the front desk.
