Leptos Panorama

The views are breathtaking, and the whole place felt wonderfully relaxed. The pool areas were clean, and there was never any scramble for sun loungers. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff throughout the hotel were lovely and always willing to help. At dinner, a chef took time to explain the dishes and reassure me about my food allergy. There was plenty of food for everyone, and the reception team answered our questions, helped with what we needed, and booked a table at a local taverna along with a taxi. One of the restaurant staff remembered our party of five from the first night, even when we came down separately later. That personal touch meant a lot. The team seemed happy to work there, and it showed in how they treated guests. The only thing that bothered me was loud music from a tiny neighboring hotel on some nights, going until 11pm. It didn’t happen every night, and even Panorama’s own entertainment wasn’t loud enough to disturb us in our room. Noise affects me more because of my neurodiversity, and Panorama can’t control what the neighboring hotel plays. If noise is a struggle for you and you like an early night, bring earplugs. I’d absolutely come back. Thank you for a lovely family holiday.

Her kindness, warm smile, and professionalism made me feel like a friend rather than just a guest, and the rest of the staff were just as friendly and helpful. Leptos Panorama Hotel has beautiful panoramic sea views and a relaxing feel around the pool and shared spaces. My room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully kept, so I felt at home right away. Breakfast was a fresh, tasty buffet with plenty of variety each day. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

We spent a wonderful week at Leptos Panorama on the all-inclusive plan. The hotel, food, drinks, and staff were all excellent, and I’d highly recommend it. The number 21 bus leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes and gets to Chaina centre in about 25 minutes.

We stayed in a Panorama Blue room, which included access to the bar and the second pool. October was fairly quiet, and there’s a handy bus connection from the hotel to Chania. The views are unforgettable, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to make your stay great. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was a buffet with lots of choice, though not every dish was perfect. We thought the hotel was good value for money and would recommend it.
