Aelia Apartments

We arrived at Aelia Hotel Andros with a room booked well in advance, but were told there was no room for us. They wouldn’t honor the reservation even after we showed our confirmation, and we were left without accommodation. The staff were rude and dismissive, treating us with hostility instead of apologizing or helping. Their conduct felt unprofessional and mean, and it ruined what should have been a relaxing vacation. We also got the strong impression that they were more interested in making black money than providing legitimate services. Their shady behavior and refusal to cooperate left us feeling scammed, with no respect shown for guests or basic customer service. The whole trip was tainted by this nightmare of a stay. I’d never recommend Aelia Hotel Andros. If you value your time, money and sanity, avoid it. They ruined our vacation, and I wouldn’t wish that experience on anyone.

Breakfast was a lovely surprise. Anastasia made it all herself, with different choices each day, and Ludmilla made sure we had what we needed and added a lot to the property. Giannis and his mother Anastasia were genuine hosts, polite and helpful. Our room and the shared areas were all very clean and had the essentials. The place is close to the port, and Golden Sand, one of the island’s best beaches, was just a two-minute drive away. Easy five stars!

The calm atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were so friendly, going out of their way to make our stay a good one. Aelia was stylish and comfortable too. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back! 🤍

The freshly made breakfast was delicious, and the lovely people looking after us accommodated all our requests. We were really happy with our stay at Aelia. The apartments were spacious and had good amenities, with great beaches only minutes away.
