The hosts really made us feel at home. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartments are also a great setup for families with children, with secure grounds, safe surroundings, a comfortable pool, and the beach close by, so the kids can play while parents relax. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with air conditioning, a kitchenette, and everything well equipped. We loved having a sea view from the balcony, a nice place for coffee in the morning or a quiet evening. The pool and garden were well maintained and added to the relaxed feel. Poledas Apartments is in a peaceful area, close to the beach, shops, tavernas, and the bus stop. A clean, well kept place with lovely views and a friendly atmosphere. I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Crete.

The owners were so lovely and always glad to help. Our downstairs balcony had an amazing sea view, and the pool was a great way to cool down after a day out. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The location worked really well, just a couple of minutes' walk from buses to Chania and Rethymno, and 5-10 minutes from the shops and restaurants at Kavros. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in Crete!

We stayed in July 2021 with our 7-month-old and had a great time. The owners were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and our cozy room had a sea view. It was clean and had the basics we needed, including a kitchenette and kitchen utensils. There's a beautiful pool with a kiddie pool and a playground for children, too. The beach is very close, and Chania is about a 30-45 minute drive away. We really enjoyed the holiday and hope to return soon. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

The owners were friendly and quick to help when we had a small problem with the balcony door, which they sorted out fast. Our room at Poledas worked perfectly for our family of two adults and three kids, and the pool was a lovely spot to unwind. Shops and restaurants in Kavros are a five-minute walk away, with a bus stop two minutes from the hotel and connections to Rethymno and Chania. We'll plan to stay at Poledas again on our next trip to Crete.

There are plenty of good places to eat, either in the nearby village or a 5-10 minute drive away. Silvia, who runs this family apartment with the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us lots of good suggestions for nearby beaches, a beautiful lake, and a waterfall, all within a 20-minute drive.
