Villa Georgioupoli Beach Haven

We were 20 friends on holiday and had the best time. Manos was a great host, patient and understanding, and helped us several times to make the stay special. The villa is beautiful and comfortable. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the nice, quiet beach or to Kavros, where you can get everything you need. It’s set a little apart from the other buildings, which worked well for our group since we could be a bit loud without bothering anyone.

The space and pool were the best parts for our group of eight adults, two teenagers, and five small kids. The villa had everything we needed, and the peaceful location is close to the beach. Kavros, with restaurants, markets, and car and bike rentals, is walkable. The kids loved spotting sheep, chickens, ducks, and other animals along the road there. It’s roughly halfway between Hania and Rethymnon, so day trips to both are easy. Mano was super nice, made us feel welcome, and helped with everything we needed. We’ve been to Crete three times, and Villa Georgiupolis Beach Haven was our best accommodation and location so far. We hope we can stay again. Thanks, and all the best to the newlywed hosts!

Manu and Gaby were lovely hosts, and we had no problems or complaints. Even checking out at 6 am was fine. The house was spacious, with two kitchens and two living rooms, and the pool was beautiful. We cook a lot, so we found the kitchen equipment a bit limited, though other groups may not need as much. Noise and partying weren’t an issue, even with Manu living next door. We had a great stay and enjoyed every second. Highly recommended!

We all loved our stay and will definitely return. The villa has a luxurious pool and breathtaking views, and the beach and seaside town of Kavros are only minutes away, with great restaurants, bars, and cafes.
