The rooms were clean and nicely arranged, and the hotel has a large parking lot. Breakfast was the same each day, decent enough, but don't expect much. The towel and linen service was unreliable: sometimes the maids brought small towels, sometimes they took dirty ones away without replacements, and the sheets weren't changed unless I went to reception to ask. The toilet's water boiler was broken. The start of the stay was awful. We arrived at 2:00 p.m., check-in time, and waited 20 minutes while reception staff talked on the phone as if we weren't there. Then we were told the room wasn't ready and to wait in the restaurant for an hour. After two hours, staff said it still wasn't ready and offered us another apartment 10 km away, with an extra free day if it wasn't ready in 30 minutes. We agreed, without knowing what that place was like. It was a house in the middle of the forest, with no people, shops or restaurants nearby. The front door wouldn't close, the bathroom had no light, there was no hot water, and we didn't feel safe. We called to say we couldn't stay there. Then they said we'd have to spend two nights there, not one as first stated. We went back and explained that the other accommodation had terrible conditions and we didn't feel safe sleeping there. After another hour and a half, once it was clear we'd only accept what we'd paid for, the hotel paid for two nights at a nearby hotel, which was really great of them. That was fair on their part, but I can't overlook that they tried to put us somewhere that, to put it mildly, wasn't fit for people to stay overnight. We checked into the second hotel at 7 p.m. After traveling all night, tired and hungry, we just needed a shower and rest, but waited five hours for that and practically lost the whole day. After two nights in the hotel they paid for, we finally moved to Sithonia village hotel, where the other problems started. The hotel left a very bad impression, and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants their holiday to be hell.

The beach is sandy but the water has lots of grass and rocks, and it's very shallow. You have to go more than 50 meters out to swim, though it's nice for small children. The hotel food is average and low quality, and kitchen hygiene is very poor, so if you're picky about food, better skip it. The hotel is in a very quiet spot among pine trees, close to the beach. Rooms are renovated and cleaned daily, and it suits families well. I gave two stars because the beach chairs and umbrella are free, and the beach is nearby.

The rooms are okay and the location is good, but the restaurant was awful. The plates, cutlery and drinking glasses were all very dirty, and the food was bad. WiFi showed full bars but worked like it had just one. For a low-budget hotel, I suppose you get what you pay for, but it's rated three stars and I think it should be 2.5.

For what we paid, I expected at least working internet and water with dinner. There wasn't any WiFi connection even though the signal showed, so I had to use mobile data. They didn't offer anything to drink at dinner, not even water. The food was awful and had no variety. The room was dirty and full of mosquitoes, with no mosquito nets or clothes dryers. There was usually no hot water. The shower had no hanger, so I had to hold it in one hand and use shampoo with the other, and there was nowhere to put soap. No towels were provided. I asked three times, and they seemed surprised I hadn't received any. The sheets had yellow stains, so I asked for a change, but two days later they put the same stained sheet back. After what felt like my 100th trip to reception, they said there was nothing they could do and I had to wait until tomorrow. The TV wasn't working either. We reported it, but nobody came to check after saying they would. The beach is 100 metres from the hotel, but it's small and dirty, so you have to walk 15 minutes to the central beach. There's no pool. It's a quiet place for pensioners, with few restaurants or other places to go. I definitely don't recommend it.

Maria at reception and the restaurant waiters were very kind. The location and beach are great, and the rooms are good. Breakfast and dinner had a varied selection, but the dishes were very spicy. The internet was a disaster, there was none at all.
