Villa Gerani

The location is quiet and really convenient, with restaurants and minimarkets about a five-minute walk away and a huge sandy beach just 50 m from the villa. I spent a week there on holiday in August, staying in the left wing for €145 a day. It’s been recently renewed, the furnishings are high quality, and the place was very clean. There are two wings and lots of rooms, so it can easily host 12 people. It also has two swimming pools, a solarium, WiFi that was a bit slow, three barbecues, air conditioning, an 80-inch satellite TV and a big garden. Best accommodation I’ve found in all my travels, highly recommended!

Stella and Dimitris were incredibly helpful, and we’d love to come back. We were two couples staying in this beautiful villa from June 10th to 17th, 2024. It was clean and welcoming, well equipped with every comfort, and close to the sea. I highly recommend it.

Gerani is quiet, and the villa sits on the edge of town. The sea is less than 100 meters away, with a fine-pebble beach that’s no problem. The water in the house is all drinkable, and there was plenty of warm water. We stayed in the spacious upstairs apartment, which was well furnished. Dimitris and Stella were there our first night and were very friendly and helpful. There’s a washing machine downstairs in the other apartment. We asked to use it and were allowed, with the key for our whole stay. One awkward point: the kitchen countertop is under a sloping roof, so you have to duck. I nearly took off a star because the small bathroom’s shower has no splash guard and causes moderate flooding each time. The practical Greek fix is to move the mat from in front of the sink before showering, then put it back afterward.
