Aspa Holiday Apartments

There are small shops and cafes close by, which made it easy to grab a bite or browse around. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s near the city’s attractions but still quiet enough to rest after a day out. A good choice for us, and I’d stay here again.

The owners and staff were friendly, helpful, and full of useful information. The rooms are spacious and feel modern and luxurious, with full kitchen appliances and a large balcony terrace. We’ll definitely come back.

Aspa Holiday Apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed to relax. It’s also close to the beach and local attractions, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Kos.

The apartment was simple and practical. Ours had a small bedroom, a good-sized living area and bathroom, plus a little balcony that was mostly useful for drying beach clothes and towels. One issue: the shower water partly drained onto the bathroom floor, leaving it wet. The location suited our kind of holiday well. Lambi beach was nearby for a relaxed day by the sea, and the old town had loads of cafes, shops and restaurants. The harbour was close too, where we caught ferries to Bodrum, Nysiros and Kalymnos, and took a day trip to the three nearby islands. Reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from check-in right through to check-out. Room cleaning was inconsistent. They made the beds several days in a row, then skipped a day or two. Towel changes were just as unpredictable. We usually left our towels to dry on the balcony, and sometimes fresh ones appeared inside, but nobody seemed to notice what we’d left out.
