Fantasia Hotel Apartments

I left a week early and had to pay for somewhere else, after reporting problems and getting no useful response from the staff. There’s no reception, and the people we dealt with were unresponsive and showed no concern. The apartment was filthy from the moment I arrived, and there was a bug infestation, including bed bugs that left me covered in bites. It was so bad that even roughing it in a tent seemed preferable. There’s no lift, so you’ll be carrying your luggage up several flights of stairs, and there’s no parking either. This two-bedroom apartment was a nightmare for me. Please read this before booking, even if the price looks cheap and you only need a place to sleep. You’ll regret staying here. Avoid it.

Our flight was five hours late, so we didn't reach the island until three in the morning. We'd called Fantasia Hotels Apartment to explain, and they left a key for us so we could get into our room that night. I was worried after reading Google reviews, but the room was clean and they really helped us out. In the morning, the lady on duty took care of us. We left our luggage there and went off to enjoy Kos. I'm very grateful to them.

The place is in the historic center, close to the beach. The housekeeper was really nice, cleaning every day, making the bed, and washing the dishes. But nobody was there at the agreed registration time, and the owner arrived 30 minutes late for our booking. You have to call him. Free Wi-Fi, maybe, but we never got a password.

There's a nice patisserie underneath the building, and the location was great. We stayed on a Saturday and woke up to the nearby church bells, which could be the hotel's only downside. It's an apart hotel with no reception, though they let us leave our luggage before check-in. Our apartment had two rooms and a tiny kitchen.
