Aegean Wave - Faros

We were thrilled with our stay at Aegean Wave Hotel. The room was lovely, and the view from our balcony was incredible. When we arrived, the owners and staff greeted us personally and made us feel like family. Antonios and Andromachi were kind, welcoming and accommodating. They invited us to join them at the table straight away, introduced themselves and gave us a wonderful Greek treat. Antonios also talked with us about local attractions and services.

From the comfortable beds and fantastic rooms to the distinctive decor, we loved this place. The owners are warm and hospitable, and the food is fresh and tasty. But the balcony sunset is the thing I’ll remember, with what I’d call the most beautiful view in all of Greece. You need to stay here.

Sorry about the typos in my earlier review of Aegean Wave Hotel. I must have been half asleep when I wrote it. I meant that we couldn't have been happier with the greeting and how they welcomed us like family. There may be other mistakes I didn't catch. The lesson is to proofread, proofread, proofread. We had a fantastic experience.

We spent August here as a family and would certainly come back. The hotel is beautiful, with spectacular views, and the rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. They were tidied every day, and laundry service was available too. Antonio and his wife Andromachi are warm, generous and welcoming hosts. The hotel is near Loutraki, and you can easily reach Skopelos beaches by car. I highly recommend it.
