Ebenus Suites sits right on the seafront in a perfect part of Crete. You can have a private pool or a hot tub on your balcony, and there's also a huge hotel pool. The suites are amazing, with big, spotless rooms cleaned daily. Each morning they bring a lovely breakfast to your room: Greek pastries, fruit, toast, preserves, boiled eggs and the best Greek yoghurt. The owners and all the staff are brilliant, so friendly and always ready to help. I can't recommend this place enough, and we're already looking forward to returning.

This was our second stay and we're already eager to come back. Magda and Vaggelis are wonderful hosts, and the apartment with its own pool was amazing. The rooms are large, modern and clean, and breakfast was great, with fruit, yogurt, pastries and orange juice. We loved three of the restaurants nearby, and the food was amazing. It's only 15 minutes from the airport. We love you guys, X.

Ebenus Suites is right on the seafront, with brilliant restaurants an easy walk away. We had 11 fabulous nights in Kato Gouves, staying in a gorgeous junior suite with a private pool. The room and en-suite were beautifully decorated and clearly had no expense spared. When we opened the curtains the next morning, the view was spectacular. The pool was lovely, and having our own sunbeds meant we could relax without any stress. Our flight was delayed, so we didn't arrive until 10 pm, but Vangelis gave us a really warm welcome and showed us to the suite. Breakfast was brought to our room every day and was lovely. Magda was very helpful, and the two ladies who delivered the food and cleaned our room daily were lovely and did a great job. Five stars from us all the way, and we'll definitely be back.

The staff were brilliant and so friendly, and the room, swim-up pool and bigger pool at the back were great fun. We had a superb 10-day holiday. Breakfast kept us going all morning. It really couldn't have been better, and we'll be back.

The photos are accurate, though I got the impression the hotel is fairly new and some work was still going on around the garden. I really liked being able to step straight from my room into the pool in the morning. The room was spacious, with a small kitchen that had everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They asked when I wanted breakfast brought to my room and delivered it then. Breakfast was a nice attempt at typical items. There are lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby, and the beach is only 20m away. Sunbeds there cost extra and aren't included in the hotel rate.
