Pallatium Apartments

We had a really relaxing time at this family resort. The staff were brilliant, very helpful, and always happy to sort things out. It was very clean, and there are some good restaurants about a 10 to 20 minute walk away.

The apartments are clean, looked after well, and have air conditioning. There’s a lovely pool and an excellent restaurant, and the sea is just a short walk away. A lovely place in Gouves, near Heraklion, and I’d recommend it.

The pool was clean and peaceful, and breakfast was delicious. We found ourselves swimming and having a homemade breakfast every morning. The hotel also made a lovely base for getting around and seeing the beautiful parts of Crete. Everyone at PALLATIUM helped make our first trip abroad together feel special, with such friendly chats, great service, and helpful recommendations. We had a quiet, relaxing stay and hope to return, maybe next year. We’ll be telling our friends about it too. Thanks so much, from Lucy and Eric in Dublin.

The apartment was lovely, the owners were friendly and helpful, and the cleaning was exceptional. We also really liked the location. We booked because we wanted to cook for ourselves, but the kitchen was short on utensils: just one pot and a frying pan, and no can opener that we could find. A few more things to cook with would make it much easier. We’d definitely come back.
