Vasia Royal Hotel

Adonis, the manager, went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. We had a wonderful stay, with clean, comfortable rooms and absolutely delicious food. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a good experience on a budget. Highly recommended!

We’d happily stay here again, and I can’t recommend the hotel enough. I’d suggest renting a car, too. There are two lovely pools with plenty of sunbeds, and the staff are brilliant, helpful and friendly. Sofia at reception was especially helpful with information and arranging taxis. Antoni, the manager, and our cleaning lady were great as well. Breakfast is a buffet with lots of choice, so there’s something for everyone, and the waiters were very attentive.

I’ve never seen a hotel this clean. The rooms, building, everything was spotless and smelled fantastic every time. Towels and sheets were changed daily and clearly washed. The food wasn’t good, so don’t get full board or all inclusive. Just choose B&B and go about your day. You really need a car, since you can’t walk everywhere each day, and taxis are expensive.

The hotel’s location was my biggest issue. It sits between two main roads, so it’s really loud and you can’t sleep with the windows open. The area has lots of abandoned buildings and ruins, which aren’t shown in the online pictures and ruin the view. The beach is farther away, as described. The one plus is that it’s near the airport. The rooms were okay, but could use some renovation, especially the bathroom. Water goes everywhere when you shower. Service was okay and the staff were nice, but the food was always the same and cafeteria quality. It has a 4-star rating, though I think they only do the bare minimum to get that and promote the hotel.
