We were there from 22 September to 2 October, and had a brilliant stay. The apartment was cleaned, the pool was lovely and the staff were lovely too. I should’ve brought insect repellent, since I got bitten a lot. That’s my mistake, though, and it happens in most hot countries. It’s no fault of Helion.

We were five people sharing this self-catering apartment, and it made a comfortable, convenient base for the trip. The apartment was a good size. The pool was a real highlight. It was clean and well looked after, with loungers around it, and it never seemed too crowded.

We had a great time in Corfu, and the resort was a big part of it. Staff gave our family a warm welcome, and our room was clean and spacious. The atmosphere felt peaceful while still being fun, and the pool was clean and deep enough for a quick dive or a few laps. The location worked really well. Most activities were close enough to walk to, and buses and taxis were inexpensive for anything farther away. A good place to stay makes a big difference to a vacation.

We stayed at Helion apartments, run by the same people. They were so kind, helpful and really nice, and the cleaning ladies were lovely. Great location too. The air conditioning was wonderful in that heat!

The gardens are lovely, and the pool area is fab. The bus stop is right outside the entrance, with fares of €2 to Ipos and Barbati Beaches and €2.50 to Corfu Town. Gouvia centre is an 8-10 minute walk.
