The apartment is good. It has two single beds and a fridge, and there are pans and utensils. Air conditioning costs 7 euro a day if you want to use it. The room is cleaned daily, and the WiFi is fast enough for videos, with its own extender in every room. Some rooms have a beach view. The pool is small and shallow.

We left the very same day. It was so sad to have this experience on our first day on this lovely island. At first the apartment looked nice, but the musty smell hit as soon as we went downstairs to the main room. It’s easy to see where it came from: the shower had no curtain at all. Try getting in and out of that toilet without flip flops. It was disgusting and dangerous. The AC didn’t work properly, and the WiFi barely reached the lower floor. When we asked the receptionist for another room, we got rude looks and a flat no. The worst customer experience ever.

I spent a week here and had a good stay. The rooms were clean and well looked after, and the view from them was amazing. I recommend this hotel.

A sea view apartment with a pool, around a 15-minute walk from the centre of Rethymno. The room was cleaned every day.

Blue Sky is in a great spot, surrounded by supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The apartment is nice, and Rethymno town is about a 15-minute walk away.
