The location is spot on: the bus stop is right outside, and the beach is a three-minute walk away. The grounds are convenient and well kept, and the hotel is clean. Staff were top notch, always welcoming us with a smile and ready to help. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and time to enjoy it, served from 7:30 to 10:30. I’d highly recommend a stay at Hotel Maltezos.

I’ve just spent five days at the Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly, and there was a wonderful choice at breakfast. There’s a bus stop right on the doorstep, making it easy to see the rest of this beautiful island on a budget.

Our room looked out over the hotel garden, which was nice. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. After the overnight rain in October, the sunbeds were too wet to use in the morning. Some had mould in places, and some of the umbrellas were broken.

We’ve just finished our stay at Maltezos hotel. Everything went smoothly: the room was clean, had a balcony, and parking was good. The bathroom was a little tight, but we managed. Breakfast was included every day and generous, and the pool was clean and large enough. It’s well located, about 15 minutes from Corfu town, with several restaurants and a beach within walking distance. A special thanks to George and the girls at reception, who were always kind and helpful. Thank you, all the best!

We had a perfect weekend at Hotel Maltezos. Maria and George were so kind and helpful, and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The hotel has a lovely feel, clean rooms, a nice pool and dining area. Right in the center of Gouvia, it’s in a great spot for exploring the island and close to everything. Highly recommended!
