We first came in 2015 and have kept coming back every summer. The garden and large yard are lovely places to spend hours relaxing, and the apartments are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Chrysa and Ioakeim are wonderful hosts, always polite and helpful. The village of Chanioti and the beach are just minutes away. An amazing place for a family holiday in Chalkidiki, Greece. Book early or you might miss out on an apartment!

This was my second time at Neria Summer Houses, and I really love the place. It feels safe and cozy, especially for a summer stay during the Covid19 pandemic. The children can play safely, and there are things for them like a little garden house and swings. Everything is extremely clean and comfortable. I'll be back next year. Thank you!

The owner checked in with us daily and was always ready with advice on places to visit, including recommendations for where we were travelling next. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the large garden is a secure space where young children can run around. Our kids are older. It's a good location, with a short walk into town, and the balcony seats four comfortably. I thought the price was good value. One small thing: the balcony is overlooked, and we heard some noise from the neighbours. It didn't bother us much, though it might trouble others.

The garden, full of aromatic plants, is stunning. The house was comfortable, very clean and well equipped. We stayed at Neria Summer Houses for three nights and were welcomed with homemade orange jam. The owner was friendly and helpful, recommending some beautiful beaches nearby. His suggestions were worth following.
