We had a brilliant stay overall, and the place was kept incredibly clean. Housekeeping worked relentlessly, even early on the morning we left. The rooms were cosy and well maintained, with good air conditioning, a fridge, safe, and enough comforts. Ours had two single beds upstairs and a double downstairs. The bed was very firm, which wasn't good for our joint pain, and we ended up sleeping on our backs. I don't understand the negative room reviews. There are three pool areas with plenty of sunbeds, and the kids had lots to do. The surroundings are beautiful. The sea is shallow for a long way out, with depths changing from ankle to knee, waist, then back to knee height depending on the sand. Ignore some of the seaweed. For an hour, the pedal boat with a slide cost 15 euros and was great fun for the kids. Speedboat hire was reasonably priced, and there's also a towable doughnut ride. There are pool tables and plenty of places to spend the evening. We read complaints about entertainment, but it varies with the week and the guests. We loved the live music, with great songs from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s. The buffet was very good, with plenty of hot and cold choices, salads, bread, food for kids, and amazing puddings. It was well presented and kept hot, and the staff put real care into it. The bar team by the main pool near the buffet were especially friendly and accommodating, and nice to talk to. They work flat out and probably don't get nearly enough tips for the service they give in an all inclusive setup. The lifeguard takes looking after the pools and kids' slide seriously. He can be direct, which might come across as rude, but that seemed cultural to me. I was glad to have someone so focused on keeping the kids and pool areas safe. He's friendly if you chat when he isn't watching the children. The supervised children's activity is a small hut with drawing supplies. Compared with other 5+ all inclusive resorts we've visited in recent years, it was the least impressive. I only saw the woman sitting in the hut while the children colored, and we left our kids there for just one 30-minute session. It needs improvement. Two things let the stay down. The à la carte restaurant was a shambles. My wife waited an hour and 20 minutes for her food in room 1403, and the meal wasn't impressive. Service had no clear system: people who arrived later were served first, while some who came earlier were served last, as the woman moved between areas. Also, guests can't get their own drinks at the buffet. You have to wait for staff, and sometimes nobody comes. That's a ridiculous policy and not the staff's fault. One new employee got worked up and was rude to my wife. I won't go into more detail, but it left us very unimpressed. If the rest of the team and the stay hadn't been so good, I could easily have given one star for his behavior. Well done to the team.

We stayed one night with my husband and had a lovely time. The place was very clean, and the staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help. I'd like to come back with the whole family. One concern was the beach area. It looked dirty, with lots of pine needles, and could use some attention at night, perhaps a little sand or cleanup. Greece's natural beauty deserves care. The pool water also looked cloudy. Thanks!

It's a peaceful place for a holiday by the sea. The hotel feels like a small village, with most rooms in cottages, two pools plus a children's pool, and a little playground. Everyone on staff was very kind. The food was good, with different dishes to try. All inclusive seems the best choice. My wife, child, and I had a good stay.

I visited for a week in early October and had a great time. The room was lovely, the decor was beautiful, and staff were friendly and helpful. There were lots of friendly cats around, which I liked. The sea was clear, warm, and full of fish, though twigs and bark by the water's edge could easily have been cleared away. There wasn't much beach space, and what there was got filled with sunbeds. The buffet had a big selection and the food was delicious, but nearly the same choices appeared most nights. Luna Rosa was also delicious and offered different dishes. The weather was still beautiful, though breezy and cooler in the mornings and evenings.
