The owners and staff made us feel cared for throughout our stay, and everything exceeded our expectations. Anesea City is modern, thoughtfully laid out, and spotlessly clean, with a spacious room and a very comfortable bed. Its central Heraklion location made getting around easy: cafés, restaurants, shops, the port, and the Archaeological Museum are all a short walk away, and the airport is about a mile away. For a first trip to Crete, it also worked well as a base for excursions. We were impressed by the team’s warmth and the pride they take in looking after guests. We’d happily come back and recommend Anesea City to anyone visiting Crete.

The staff were so kind and friendly, and the rooms felt fresh and modern, with comfy beds, soft robes, slippers, and organic toiletries. Everything seemed carefully thought through. It’s a peaceful, beautiful hotel right in downtown Heraklion, with parking and a fantastic location. I’d happily recommend it to other travelers in the area.

The people here are what make the difference. They really know how to show Greek hospitality, and I want to thank them for it. The rooms are excellent, every detail has been considered, and the price was fair. We’ll be back in person as soon as we get the chance.

Hotel Anesea had just opened, and I was among its first guests. As a solo traveler, I found it stylish and modern, with thoughtful details and very good value for money. The owners were genuinely warm and made the stay feel special. Everything felt new and carefully put together. I’d gladly return and recommend it.
