Friendly, helpful staff and modern, cozy rooms with a nice balcony and outdoor table. The rooms were acceptably clean, and it's a nice option at a reasonable price for a city stay. Parking is a plus with the narrow neighborhood roads. The spaces are narrow, but fine given the location.

The studios have plenty of room for two, or even three, and they’ve been recently renovated. The staff were especially helpful and the service was great. It’s a little way from central Heraklion, but there’s lots of parking. A very good option whether you’re staying briefly or for longer.

Everything was clean and nicely decorated, with hot and cold water, air conditioning, and the things you need in the room. Parking is right out front, and check-in is self-service.

I booked a month ahead and emailed to ask about checking in early or leaving our bags so we could go sightseeing. I got no reply. Before we arrived in Greece, I followed up and still heard nothing. On arrival day, we came from the port and stopped by to ask about storing our luggage, but the door was locked and nobody was there. We tried two of the three listed numbers and couldn’t reach anyone. We didn’t stay because the customer service had been so poor. I sent one more email to explain what had happened and still haven’t received a response. The price and photos seemed almost too good to be true. I’m still waiting for compensation. RESPONSE: You were quick to answer a Google review, but I still have three emails without a reply. Please check your inbox or spam folder. We did first go to the wrong place early in the morning, then noticed the correct address at the bottom of the confirmation and went there. There was no one there, perhaps because nobody expected us that early. Our driver even called the number on the door and spoke in Greek. Later, closer to 3pm, we went back to the central location and got clarification about where to go. If you can’t see the mistakes on your side, you’ll have to accept that we had a bad experience, and I’ll have to accept that I won’t be compensated for the inconvenience your place caused.
