Castello Villa Daphnes - Private Pool & Whirlpool

There was no hot water either. The manager helped us turn on the boiler, but the water only got to about room temperature. A shower was very uncomfortable, and a bath wasn't an option. It was cold and windy, so we asked how to turn on the radiators around the house. The answer was that there was AC in the bedroom. Thanks, but I wanted to spend time with my family in the living room. It left me with the impression that nobody wanted to spend what might have been 5-10 extra euros on electricity to warm the place. I know that may not actually be the reason, but the result was that everyone was cold in the house except when sleeping. I hope this review makes clear a practical part of hospitality: heating should be available, and there should be hot water. Those are two very basic things, and neither was provided even after we asked.
