West East Suites

It was pretty quiet, and the hotel itself is nice, but I wouldn’t call the stay impressive. Our first room had a poor view, so we asked to move. The next room was better for the view, but the bathroom smelled bad, so we changed rooms again. The staff seemed annoyed about it. Breakfast was okay, though there were hardly any vegan choices. The breakfast staff were friendlier. The nearby villages were underwhelming, and the hotel was very pricey. No major problems, just not top notch.

The dinner was one of the best meals we’ve ever had, with candlelight, soft music, and the sun going down over the sea. That whole setting was unforgettable. My husband and I were amazed by the food throughout our stay, and the service was outstanding. The suites were crystal clean, and the views were beautiful. We swam in the infinity pool every day. The water was clear and clean, and the temperature was just right. The loungers were comfortable, and the staff kept our glasses full of cool water without us having to ask. They seemed to anticipate what we needed. We’ve traveled extensively, but staying at this resort went beyond what we expected.

Our family loved staying here. The hotel is in a quieter part of the island, the breakfast was unmatched, and the staff were truly amazing. Having a hot tub outside the room was great.

We stayed at West/East for six days and left on October 22. The sea view from our room was the best, and I loved having our own hot tub. The complimentary breakfast was also really good and well prepared. What stood out most was the service, from the front desk and room service to the Fly Away Bar. I didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend this hotel, and I mean highly. For me, it’s the best in the Caldera, a 10+. I’ll definitely come back. I don’t want to stay anywhere else but East/West.
